The location is good, close to the botanical gardens.
Our room had no hooks or place to hang clothes. The noise from traffic and racing vehicles was unbearable.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city.

7 days in new york could've been cleaner but it was aight cause my significant other wiped everything down with bleach wipes and we brought our own sheets. the staff including the reception and cleaning personnel were very cooperative and friendly. i requested for chairs and iron which were immediately provided. the location is quite, peaceful and away from hustle and bustle. if you don't mind a leisurely walk for 15-20 min, then you can travel anywhere using the bus/train system.
